Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem. At Nali Nails, you can return your order and receive a refund, provided the items meet our return conditions below.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@nalinails.com. Don't forget to always include your order number.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all included contents
- Be complete, with no missing parts
- Be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order
Please note that returns for unwanted items are different from complaints about faulty products. If your item is damaged or defective, please see the section “Claims & Complaints” below.
Once you have registered your return, you have 14 days to send the item back to us in accordance with distance selling legislation.
How to Return an Item
- Create your return label through our website or request one from our customer service team.
- Pack the item carefully and include your order number inside the parcel.
- Send the return using the prepaid label provided.
- Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will begin processing your return.
Please note that you are responsible for the item until it has arrived safely at our returns department. We recommend packing your return securely to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges through our online store. If you would like a different product, size, or style, simply return your original item and place a new order.
Please note:
- If you paid using a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same gift card.
- Discount codes used on the original order may not be valid on a new purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Sale items and promotional products may be subject to different return conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it is normally processed within 10 business days.
After your return has been approved, your refund will be issued within 30 days using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Please note:
- We refund the value of the returned products only. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
- If your original payment method is no longer available, we may offer the refund in the form of a gift card.
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. In this case, you have 5 days from receiving our email to request that the item be sent back to you at your own expense. If we do not hear from you within this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
Claims & Complaints
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, this is treated as a claim rather than a regular return.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
Please do not send the item back before contacting our customer service team.
Please note that we cannot accept complaints based on personal preference or dissatisfaction alone, as we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Free Return Shipping
We offer prepaid return labels, meaning you can return eligible items without paying for return shipping yourself.
To qualify, you must use the return label provided by Nali Nails. If you choose to arrange your own shipping, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse those costs.

Sale Items & Special Conditions
Sale & Clearance Products
Sale and clearance items may have different return terms.
- Exchanges are not available
- You still have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it
- Return shipping for sale items may need to be paid by the customer
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between 20 November and 31 December can be returned until 14 January, under the same conditions as our standard return policy.
