Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders above 300 SEK, 300 NOK, €30 or £25 within the EU, as well as Norway and the UK.
To receive free shipping, make sure to select the free shipping option at checkout before completing your order. Please note that the minimum order value is based on the total amount after any discounts or promotions have been deducted.
Certain products, such as top coats and alcohol wipes, cannot be shipped by air. If these items are included in your order, some delivery options — including free shipping — may not be available. At checkout, you will automatically see the shipping methods available for your order.
Preparing Your Order
We usually dispatch orders within 1 business day.
During peak periods such as holidays, sales, or product launches, packing times may be slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed on our website. Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping company.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you another email containing your tracking link and tracking number.
If you have not received these emails, please double-check that the email address entered at checkout is correct and remember to check your spam or junk folder.
Delivery Methods
The shipping methods shown at checkout depend on your country, postal code, and the products in your cart. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note that these are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, public holidays, or large promotional campaigns.
Sweden – PostNord Varubrev
If you choose PostNord Varubrev, your parcel may be delivered directly to your mailbox, left outside your door, or placed near your mailbox. If delivery is not possible, the parcel will instead be sent to your nearest pickup point.
Delivery method is determined by PostNord and cannot be changed once the parcel has been shipped. This service includes limited tracking. Since it is sent as a letter service, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the shipment after dispatch.
Europe – Priority Standard
Priority Standard is available for Norway, Finland, Germany, and other EU countries. This is a partially trackable letter service. Once the parcel leaves Sweden, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery.
You can follow the shipment using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Final delivery is handled according to the routines of your local postal carrier.
Sweden, Finland & Denmark – Instabox / Budbee Lockers
Depending on your postal code, you may be able to choose delivery to an Instabox or Budbee parcel locker.
You will receive an SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and the package is normally kept in the locker for 3 days. Instabox and Budbee are part of the same company, which means your parcel may occasionally be delivered to either provider’s locker.
For some deliveries, identification via BankID may be required.
Sweden – Budbee Home Delivery
Budbee home delivery is available in selected areas in Sweden.
Once Budbee has scheduled your delivery, you can adjust the date and time to fit your schedule. Your available options depend on your postal code.
UPS Home Delivery
UPS offers both standard and express home delivery. The estimated shipping time shown at checkout starts once UPS has received your package from our warehouse.
DHL Parcel Connect
DHL Parcel Connect is available in selected countries and can be delivered either to your home address or to a service point.
You can follow and manage your delivery through the Post & DHL app. In some countries, only the recipient can access delivery details due to local privacy regulations.
Uncollected Parcels
Please remember to collect your order within the timeframe set by the delivery company. Storage time varies depending on the courier and delivery method.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we will refund the value of the products once we have processed the return. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
